- CDColin DanceJan 14, 20261.0Reading previous negative reviews l have to totally agree that after customer service is terrible. Having purchased my hearing aids originally a year ago. I endeavoured to make a review appointment only for for appointments to be cancelled twice for unknown reasons. Eventually gaining an appointment which l don't think was with an audiologist he made the excuse that central call centre in Wales had cancelled his entire weeks clinic for no reason? I have now made an enquiry regards a replacement hearing aid. Told they would ring me back after they speak with the audiologist. Am still waiting after leaving messages 2 days later? No idea what is going on.
- PKPaula KarterJul 23, 20251.0One hearing aid and the charging unit orignally purchased from Boots went in for repair on 04.07.25. I rang today (23.07.25) only to be told that they had been sent back to the Kingston Boots on 16.07.25. Allegedly someone rang both my mobile and landline without success. Nothing further was done. For this reason, and the fact my routine check-up was cancelled last March to make more room for new customers, I purchased another pair of hearing aids from another well known audiologists where the service was superb.
